COVID -19 Mandates are Unconstitutional Bills of Attainder because they violate the Constitutional separation of powers and the concept of due process. Federal and State Constitution expressly prohibits it. Officials are using COVID 19 Mandates to strip people of everything from their property rights, custody rights to their very lives without trial and to nullify Civil Rights. They are specifically targeting individuals or groups (Vaccinated or Unvaccinated), (2) inflicting punishment, and lacking judicial trial.
“No bill of attainder, ex post facto law, nor any law impairing the obligation of contracts, shall ever be passed, and no conviction shall work corruption of blood or forfeiture of estate.” Wisconsin Constitution
Article I, Section 9, Clause 3 ("No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed"), and in state law under Article I, Section 10.
NON- Maleficence
The principle of non-maleficence – do no harm – asserts that a health care professional should act in such a way that he or she does no harm, even if her or his patient or client requests this. This principle is the first to be proposed because of its historical antecedence; it is related to the famous Hippocratic ‘primum nil nocere’– first of all, do no harm’ of medical ethics, although not identical to it.
BURDEN OF PROOF SHIFTS
Consideration of the non-maleficence principle shifts – at least – the burden of proof (BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT) on the official and/or Government) See Fifth Amendment as to those exercising potentially harmful behavior and advocating restrictions.
The clause in the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides: No person shall ... be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law. ... nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.
RESPECT FOR AUTONOMY
Adults of sound mind decide what’s good for themselves. The burden of proof is on those advocating restrictions.
JUSTICE
Proposals of Unequal Treatment require burden of proof. Rights restored as much as possible.
